The Positive List of allowed derivatives

In addition to the natural raw materials of plant origin, which are fully usable and the natural raw materials of animal origin, which are of limited use, the our group-naturals label allows some natural-derived products. The permitted raw materials are summarized in a positive list.

our group consciously keeps the positive list short, so that consumers can be sure that natural cosmetics with the our group-naturals symbol come from authentic manufacturers and are as close as possible to nature.

If you use a raw material that is not on our positive list, you can request the listing of this raw material. For this, you must provide the following information:

  • An application in which you demonstrate the need to use this raw material and show that you can not substitute this raw material with another, already listed, raw material
  • A proof of the manufacturer of the origin of the raw material

The listing of the raw material is then decided by member decision after strict control by experts in the office.
